Brand new fridge not working, refund please

Good Day I need urgent assistance, I bought a fridge from fairprice dobsonville it was delivered to me yesterday so I switched it on after 6 hours and woke up to a warm fridge it is not working at all. I had just bought meat and other groceries that need to be in the fridge. I went to fairprice and got pathetic service from manager who does not care about customers. He says I must get a van and bring the fridge back to the store. Can u assist me to have fairprice take their fridge and give me my money back please. If I take the fridge back myself they will be pointing out on faults like dents or scratches. Please can you help me get my money back to buy fridge else where. Fairprice dobsonville and manager is a nightmare I want nothing to do with them ********** 926
