Bought a bed and didn't get it

I bought a bed on Monday (01/02/2016) at sunnypark branch, I told the person assisting us that I will go to the warehouse and collect the bed. I got to the warehouse and was told it is not available, out of stock. Then the assistant who was helping us in the store was called and informed of the stock level. He then told me that I was supposed to inform him when I go there. Then I told him I want my money, he then told me I have to come the following day. When I got there they wanted an id copy I was never informed of this after a lengthy disagreement I got the id copy. Only to be told that they don't have the cash. I had to wait for customers to pay on order for me to get the cash. This was a serious inconvenience on my side.
