Boards instead of kitchen unit

I bought a kitchen unit on the 6th December and it was delivered on the 14th. To my surprise, they delivered the boards in boxes. I went back to the shop on the 17th and Seri Xinti said they will send somebody to come and mend it. Is fair price selling boards or kitchen units!! I am so flabbergasted and highly irate with the service I got. I went back this morning and spoke to Seri again, she still tells me that they will send somebody again. I am stuck with the BOARDS but instead of a kitchen unit.
