Blacks have no customer service towards other blacks

I went to fair price at 48 Prichard street, cnr Rissik street JHB central on friday 2nd February 2018 to buy two single beds. I was promised delivery on saturday. I asked for delivery to be made before three as i was going somewhere. Sales consultant Gertrude gave me her cell told me to call her afer two if the delivery was not made. When I called her the phone rang two times and went straight to voice mail. The delivery came after five with one bed that was damaged. The delivery guy promised me that the store manager will call me first thing monday morning. No call was received and I decided to go to store at around two. When I got to the store they kept on calling the sales consultant who they knew was on lunch. All the staff members kept asking what was wrong. I stood there waiting with no help until I asked what I needed to do to get my goods. The lady who was helping me shouted again and asked the gentleman who was behind a window what needs to be done. He said I should bring my invoice saying it with such bad attitude. When I left the store i saw an 087 number which i was too angry to answer. Went back to the store just before 5 were I meet the sales consultant who said she called me with an 087 number. She could not help me saying that the beds were finished and I should give her two weeks to get the beds. Asked to see the manager only to find it was the same guy I meet during lunch. The sales consultant told him that he offended me during the day and he just said okay and walked away. I waited for him to come back and he told me that he was going off duty will only be back friday and the was nothing he could do. I should wait until they have stock. When I asked him if he was really the manager he said maybe. The service was very bad felt he did not respect me at all and did not care about my concerns. He said his name was Abraham
