Black friday badly experienced

I bought a base set on the 24th of November 2017 from their Germiston branch and to this day they have not delivered. I tried calling them and they always say to me that they will call me back and they dont. I spoke to a guy called Sabelo who told me that the system shows that the goods were taken from the warehouse on Saterday , he will find out from the driver and call me back but he ddnt. I even spoke to the manager who also promised me a callback . All the people i speak to promise me callbacks and i am always the one to call . The last person i spoke to said to me that their system shows it has been delivered. I asked them which address was it delivered to and they had no answer but to say they will call me back. I am very frustrated because i feel they are not taking me serious as a customer and now i have been sleeping on the floor since.yesterday i spoke to a lady by the name of janice who also said she will call me today morning and im still waiting. This is the worst experience i have ever had in regards of delivery.Kabelo
