bed service at fair price

my name is cathrine kadiaka i bought a new mattres at fair price within two weeks it was already giving me problems, i reported it it took two weeks to attend to my matress poblem, at the store they told me they will brimg the new matress and take the old one, when the driver came they told me they were there to take the matress and they didnt have the new matress, and i sked then where was i suppose to sleep, they told me thats how it works they take the old one first and c what the problem is then bring the new one.,and before they told mei cant even exchange the bed to a more quality one even it i ad more money they said it has passed the 15 day,and now the sales lady who helpme at alex mall is ignoring my whatapp massages. bear in mind this happend at aalex mall fair price furniture.
