Bed purchase experience

I bought a bed at Fair price, was advised by die salsles lady that it will take over 120kg on a side, with warranty on the bed, next thing 2 months in after buying the bed it falls into the middle, the springs are hurting your body and you have killer backpains after sleeping on this bed. Absolutely no effort or assistance from the store we bought from. Very disgusted in this business.
