I have been a victim myself and in the process, I have discovered that a high number of customers are experiencing the same problem. The store sales people are selling products on the store floor knowing that the products are not available at the store warehouse, with the intention of making the customer to make a switch to another item/product. INVESTIGATIONS BY CONSUMER AFFAIR It would be in the best interest of the consumers for the consumer affairs to take the report in serious light and to investigate the claim. It is an unfair and ********* business conduct by the store to lure customers and to make a false sale knowing the product is not available, even at the warehouse with the aim of influencing the customer to take another product.
