Bad workmanship

I have bought a 3 piece kitchen unit from Fair Price Denlyn, Pretoria, on 01 February 2026, goods collected from warehouse on 03/04 February 2026 and assembled on 10 February 2026. Within a week after assembly, the drawers started to come loose and the door was hanging to the side and it was now difficult to open it. I have informed the shop about this but was requested to contact the assembler directly to make arrangements for repairs. I did so on 24 February 2026 and the guy promised to come on 02 March 2026 (note the time lapses and patience from my side) but never did. He again promised to come on 07 March 2026 but this was also an empty promise. I eventually went back to the store on 17 March 2026 and there I was promised again the guy will come. Needless to say I am still waiting. FAIR PRICE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS VERY BAD.
