Bad treatment.

Someone please assist me, My mother bought a wardrobe at fair price Seshego in December 2020, they brought broken parts and unfortunately when they brought it, it was only the kids at home but luckily they manage to take photos of those parts, they guy installed it but it was incomplete and the doors do not open, it is shaking like a very old wardrobe, she went back to the store to report it, they will take her from pillar to post until the store close, she then went to Polokwane to report the matter, but they kept sending people to come fix it, but they will tell us that they can't fix it. I asked for a refund but they are not willing to refund us, it is now July 2021.
