bad treatment

i bought trolley speaker november 2022 i only used it for 5 months it usually plays for 4 to 5 hours,but recently it only last an hour.I took it back for the battery replacement now the store is about to be closed my concern is how am i going to receive my speaker if they close business by end of june.I tried to speak to area manager but he didn't want to speak to me at all because i needed a clarity on how i am going to receive my speaker if shop closes.I felt treated badly by him.
