Bad Shopping experience at Fairprice

Bad Shopping experience I bought a Microwave Tuesday 22/08/2023. The Microwave never worked, i tried taking it back hoping for exchange. They said they gonna have to book it for repair. Emagine brand new Microwave for repair am taking them to court.
