Bad services

Bought a bed sometime in September 2021, within 10 days the mattress got damaged and when I went to fair price about it... They told me they would come and fetch the bed for assessment purposes. Every two weeks I went to ask why they haven't come. They keep telling me they come on Monday. Its now January 2022 and they still haven't come
