Bad service worst products.

I have never felt so useless as a customer, three weeks back I bought a wardrobe,bed,chairs and tables at Fair Price Evaton. I asked for the goods to be delivered same day because I had a birthday party the next day. The goods were delivered at 8:30 pm and I was with my Mom had no help. They left everthing for us to assemble. The driver got stuck at the gate and while he was there we informed his we couldn't even get a single thing right. He then told us he will let the store know and they will send people to assemble the things. That night I got injured trying to move the wadrobe I even broke one of the mirrors. I hurt myself to an extent I couldn't walk. I went to hospital and I was admitted and had an operation on my hip. I called the store while I was explaining the lady just said there is no other way I need to bring that one chair back since we were able to assemble 3chairs the table and move the units with the help of my neighbours at night . I didn't even want to Talk because I was in pain. 6 days later I spoke to the store manager told him I can't drive I dnt even have someone to assist me (my family left for a funeral to Zim) and he said he was going to send people to help me. Four days my neighbour who I had told the story was going to Eyethu mall and since there was another branch I asked her to assist me. She got there spoke to the manager and they contacted the store nothing was done. She told me she was told to call the again. I mean the store has my contact details, they know my story and I felt like I was being treated like this because the people in that store have no knowledge of how customers should be treated. The worst happened Last night while I slept the bed made so much noise I just got feed up, I spoke to the saleman asked him a million times if this was the right bed and he insisted we take that one . the service was bad, the product worse.I am so mad I want to tell the world about this furniture shop.
