Bad Service: Unkept promises

I bought a wardrobe online on 15th September 2023 and requested that it be delivered on 27th the same month, unfortunately it arrived 3rd October after sending e-mails trying o find out what is the delay. The wardrobe came in a box and the delivery guys said we need to call the shop to that they can send an assembler to s=assemble it to this day we are still waiting and to make matters worse they don't respond to call and e-mails anymore. I'm so frustrated ,what I'm I suppose to do with a wardrobe in a box????
