Bad Service they don't know how to treat a Customer

<p>On the 26 of November i went to go and purchase a wardrobe which had to be installed and they told me the guy will come after 7 Days.I called the Office during the week of 29 & 30 i called the offices in Springs ans asked to speak to the Manager by the name of Thabani.He took my name my contact no.saying he will get back to me but he didn't instead i was the one calling,reminding him.He then gave me the name and the no. of the person i need to contact Donald which i did and he told me he does not work work for the Store but assists them when certain furniture has to ne installed and his not sure when he will come his a very busy man.I then asked him how long will he take becuase the clothes are not in a good place when i paid they didn't tell me that he will give such bad feedback.i kept calling the Manager then on the 06 of December i told him it's now going for two weeks if the guy does not come tomorrow which waw Wednesday then i want my refund so that i can go where i will be hepled.Friday morning the 10 of December the guy calls me Donals on my way to work telling me he will go to my place to finish the installing the wardrobe will he find anyone at home?</p> <p> </p> <p>When i got home the guy was not finished becuase the store did not put everything some parts were missing and my brother had to go and fetch those parts from the store and guess where was the guy gone he left his tools gone to do another job without finishing mine first.</p> <p> Saturday morning i call him that the parts that were included have been fetched what time will he come becuase i only have weekends to do my c****s at home and finish during the week won't work not after the wait he gave me.He laughed and told me his busy and told him we are all busy and he failed to give reply then i had to get someone to come and finish installing properly and had to pay the guy becuase of Donald who could not finish his job on time.Never again shall i go to Fair Price they do not know how to treat Customers but quick for Cash.</p>
