Bad service sunnypark fair price.

I brought a chest of drawer on the 1st of February in sunnypark fair price, at corner of steve biko and greef. When i purchased it i was promised delivery in 48 hours and i had a delivery request that the chest of drawer must be delivered between 5-6 pm and this is consistent with their delivery policy. The driver only came on the 7th of February around 11am and he said he is delivering my chest of drawer and unfortunately i was in JHB for business and i explained to him that i am not available, mind you i had requested that this gets delivered around 5-6 pm.

Saturday morning, i went to the shop and i explained the matter and the guy who was there told me that they will either deliver on sat that day or Monday. i called the shop Monday they told definitely today it is going to be delivered- nothing. Tuesday i called they promised Wednesday.

Today is Thursday and there has been no communication from the shop to even update me on whether are they able to get the driver or not to deliver.

In my whole life i have not seen such a level of incompetence and i am furious the way my matter has been handled. i am not even sure if they going to see my post. However i want to alert all the sunnypark fair price potential shoppers to not even bother shopping with them because really the team is highly *********** and they have no policy of putting the customer first. They would rather deal with the mediocrity of their drivers.

Their service is the worst.
