Bad service salvaged by professional employees

<p>So I purchased a refridgerator on Saturday the 17th of December 2016 @ Fair price (De korte street, Braamfontein). I was promised that it would be delivered to me on Sunday by a sales guy named Thulani. On Sunday I got a call from some Oak that works for Fair Price who then told me that they couldn't deliver it to me on Sunday for some odd reason that I could not comprehend. Before the call was concluded, the guy promised me that he would get back to me and advise on when I will be getting the fridge. Monday close to 2pm I was still waiting for a call from someone to let me know what the status of my delivery was. I then sent an email to the company's enquiries email address and a lady by the name of Ammara Patel responded very efficiently to my query. I was also in touch with Welcome (I think he's a regional manager for Fair price). Both these individuals were very helpful, professional and acted as a suppressant to the anxiety that I had felt throughout that whole ordeal. My fridge was delivered to me before sunset and the rest is history...</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you. </p>
