Bad service Poor quality at Fair Price

I requested for a correct base for a bed that I saw advertised in store because I felt I was given a wrong base which was not of the same quality as the one I saw in store. The mattress was heavy for base when sleeping I could feel a the base is not strong. The current complaint is that the factory cant replace the bed Although the base is wrong they can not replace it because they claim that I broke it.. All ineeded was to be helped but no one wanted to help instead they were very rude and didn't care.
