Bad service on delivery

We Bought 4 items last year December from Fair Price Jubilee Mall they delivered 2 we short 2 even this day, stories we get from sales person don't cross pond, covering for their rude driver who came 20h30 to deliver brocken stuff. We can't be waiting for stock for this long without a proper communication.
