Bad service ,no refund policy and lack of assistance

My mom and I bought a kitchen unit at Daveyton mall fair price on 27 November not on special or anything they promised to deliver it on Monday or Tuesday, reference 31164 , I had advised my mom not to buy from such stores as they have bad customer service and disregard for customers intems of warranty, I called today to ask how long it would take for the kitchen unit to be delivered it was st 09:28 am I spoke to a consultant by the name of pitso who refused to help snd kept us on the line we asked for a refund and we were told that we can't get a refund irregardles of how late the delivery is ,when the kitchen unit arrived after numerous calls the driver claimed to be on a rush and ask for a receipt from my mom little did she know the driver was using the receipt to sign off his delivery and before she could inspect the kitchen units he bailed leaving my mom with a kitchen unit with scratches and dents ,I called the store again around 16:59 the manager refuses to refund my money and kept explaining about investigating the driver which means it may take 30 days..the store has no warranty or return policy they are committing ***** by giving customers damaged goods ..please assist
