Bad service from the acting manager Mr tlamatse

On the 5th of may I bought a washing machine and a 4plate stove cash and paid for delivery since today they haven't delivered I tried calling them but they are not picking up my calls I went to their store on the 26 may 2021 they were all surprised that I haven't received my goods they said that they don't have the machine that I bought I must take something else where I decided to take a 16kg hisense because the one I bought was 15 kg they referred me to the acting manager who was so rude he told me that I must take my money and leave he went to such an extent of touching me he shouted to me and everyone was watching that was the most embarrassing moment I ever had in my life so something must be done to people like him who doesn't lead by example Mr tlamatse
