Bad Service from store manager to delivery driver!

Bought a Washing machine and 2door wardrobe , was supposed to receive my delivery yesterday 20April 206 but it was not delivered, driver only called when he was 5minutes away and there was no one to accept the order we then arranged for him to come deliver the following day 21 April. On 21 April I gave the delivery driver a call to ask what time will be deliver and I was informed at 9am the same day, called again at 9:15qm to inquire about his whereabouts and he was not picking up my calls. I then asked my mother to call with a different number that is when he picked up and told her that his car broke down and will not be able to deliver.

This is a very disappointing service I don't understand why do we have to be inconvenienced it's not my issue that the drivers vehicle is broken and on top of that one still has to pay full amount for delivery whilst I was inconvenienced
