Bad service from Fair Price southgate

I came in to cancel a lay bye but was told wait because they don't money on the premises or in the till. What makes me angry is that now I must waste time to get my own money back and it could take up to a day or more to do so. It's ok to take my money when make the deposit but I must wait to cancel a Lay-bye .... bad service on another level . I cannot get off from work just to come in for the money. Only have free time on weekends . The manager also tells me wait... so where is the consideration for the public's time ....it ok take my money now but I will struggle when i want it
