Bad service from Fair Price in Koma Road Soweto

bought a new fridge on the 30th of march 2019,and received it on the 11th of April since the 11th of April the fridge has never worked,i called Fair Price in Jabulani In Koma Road Soweto Branch spoke to the manager i told him the fridge is not working it hot,he said he is going to call KIC to send the Technician to come and look at it not one but two technicians came to look at the fridge and tried to fix it,mind you i never used the fridge from the first day

till this day the 29th April,i haven't received any new fridge nor my refund after countless calls made to the store assured by the manager it will be sorted soon as his been sending reports. i am very unspeakably annoyed by their bad services.all i need is my MONEY back i don't need anything from fair price anymore i am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
