Bad service from Fair Price harrison

Hi, I am not pleased with the service I am receiving at Fair Price Jeppe Street. I have lay-byed a sound bar and I can't pay it off because my card can't be replaced on the system. I have been to the 3 times already and they always promise to call me back.
