Bad service from fair price and unhelpful staff

I bought a fridge in November 2019, it stopped working mid December and lost my invoice but have my bank statement as proof that i bought it at fairprice Silverton. Now they telling me that they cant fix it without an original invoice. Worst they told me to bring the fridge to them so that they can fix it.

After they told me to bring the fridge back to them, they call me telling me they cant fix it.

I wrote an email to their head office, after few hours their sales consultant by the name od Ditshego tell she does not know what to do and i must just accept that o lost my money.

I urge everyone not buy anything from that store, their service sucks and they sell **** things.
