Bad service from Fair price

Undelivered Couch Fair Price Company

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery of my order, which was scheduled for today, Thursday, April 3, 2025.

My order was for a couch, and I was informed today that there is a missing piece, preventing the delivery from taking place as scheduled.

I am very disappointed with this situation. I made arrangements to be available for the delivery today and this delay is causing significant inconvenience.

I expect one of the following resolutions immediately:

Immediate Delivery Today: I request that you locate the missing piece and ensure the complete couch is delivered to me today, Thursday, April 3, 2025. Full Refund: If immediate delivery is not possible, I demand a full refund for my order.
