Bad Service from Clayville Warehouse Manager

<p>I went to Fair Price in Tembisa (Mayibuye) on the 12/06/2017.I saw things that I wanted to buy,I bought Samsung LED32,Grey L/Suite Niki 2pc,Base Set Pillow Top 15yr 152,Brown TV unit Lisboa(2 boxes).,B/SUITE sLEIGHT bED sTELLA l/t 2 PC.The furniture was delivered on the 18/06/2017 that was Sunday after the long weekend and it only assembled Tuesday,when I realised that the B/Suite Sleigh bed Stella 3 piece and the Head board was damaged.(see atthached pictures).Due to to work I could not get the opportunity to go back to the store to report the damed goods.</p> <p> </p> <p>During the week I did advised the Sales Consultant,she asked me to come with the pictures showing the damaged goods.I went back on Saturday 24/06/2017 spoke to the Sales lady and showed her the pictures,she called the Warehouse in Clayville and the guy by the name of Eric (Warehouose Manager),who was puted on the load speaker for both myself and the Sales Lady to speak to him."Eric" when I explained exactly that I am not satisfied about the quality of the furniture,Eric then sai its possible that the Head board was damaged by rats in my house,which I really find very disrespectful as he did not want to listen to my story.he was shouting saying its not their fault that the Head board is damaged,I found it unfair as a Customer to be treated and spoken in that manner,ass for him shouting applying that I have rats in my house,the Sales Lady tried so many times to tell him that the B/Suite Sleigh Bed Stella 3 piece,the Head board was damaged (see attached).The Sales Lady informed him that he was on load speaker he didnt care.The Sales Lady asked him if we could send the pictures he didnt even wasnt me to send the pictures.I was treated unfairly,embarassed and undermined,as for him telling me that the goods might have been dameg by the rats,the fact that I stay in Tembisa does not mean I have rats at my house (see attached pics).I paid more than R10.000 for this fuerniture in cash.You are more thatn welcome to send someone from the wahrehouse to come check the goods.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this Headboard and Bed changed and I am not going to compromise for anything less than waht I have paid for or come take your staff and give me my money back if not so this matter will be reffered to the Ombumsman.If you can not sent someone to fetch the goods I can can bring them my self.</p>
