Bad service for refunds on laybye.

I made laybye for a stove at Bela Bela store a month ago.On the 16th of December I went to take it out and I was informed that the stove is out of stock I will have to wait for it to be delivered.I then asked them for a refund so I can buy somewhere and they told me their refund takes a whole month I will get my money back in January as there is a long list of people waiting to get their refund back. How is that possible when the terms and conditions were not even highlited to me or even appearing on their laybye slip?Im so frustrated and shocked.I then opted to get another stove at the same store and asked them to take the deposit I paid and put it on the new stove and they told me it’s not even possible..I can’t top up on the deposit I already paid.Fair price is bad when it comes to laybye,their rules don’t even make sense.I will never encourage anyone to laybye there.
