Bad service for new customer.

Its extremely disappointing and its shocking that when you call the Fair price branch in sunnyside, you here a manager and reception making jokes and saying unnecessary/irrelevant statements to a new client. I explained to the lady that my partner sent an email with picture, more then once requesting a couch called Christina. The email was sent lastweek already and headoffice said they will get back to us.The lady from sunnyside fairprice repeatedly said she doesnt understand and she continued talking nonsense with the manager, not considering that I can hear them speak. I asked her to send me an alternative email address, and then she continued and started talking nonsense and laughing with her manager or people with her. This is unacceptable and shocking service from Fair price.
