Bad service for kitchen chairs missing bolts and nuts 3 per chair

I bought my parents kitchen chairs and table R6500 at fairprice Mahikeng. Montshioa road. They were delivered Monday and the chairs are missing bolts and nuts 3 per chair. I called the store multiple times was promised that someone will go and assist my parents as they are old. They have been struggling with no luck. She was assisted by agent by the name o thabang and paid cash now we have to deal with the chairs. Now day 3 when I call their line is engaged after I called them yesterday and I was promised that someone will go home to day. Which is nonsense they never and they don't answer their phone.
