Bad service

I bought a fridge about a couples weeks back however my fridge worked for a couple of days and stopped freezing. Having misplaced the payslip I went to fair price(Bara branch) with a bank statement to serve as proof that I bought my fridge from that branch however they have refused to log a call to KIC to have my fridge fixed.
