Bad service fair price cosmo city

I bought a headboard eith pedestals that come polish a mirror at fair price cosmo city , my surprised is that when they deliver it ,they told me is not their job to take it upstairs, as a woman who stay alone I begged the delivery man to help me to take it upstairs, they refused, I asked them to connect it for me they told me they can't is not allowed I must look for someone to connect it for me , I was so surprised with their bad service, as I don't know how to connect the mirror and the pedestals ,atleast they could have asked for extra charge for connecting, and no one told me when I bought it ,even the manager Nthabiseng told me is not the delivery man's job to connect I must look for someone to connect it for me. I'm disappointed with fair price cosmo city , very bad service. I had to take my money back and they didn't even apologize.
