Bad service fair price alberton

I bought a TV stand on 29th of October and paid the for delivery I was told they are going to send people to assemble the stand it's over 30 days now sitting with boxes in the house Wandile Thwala was the sales engent and the branch manager is not professional and her team gives poor service, I want my money full stop.
