Bad service

I bought Defy 14kg top loader DTL 160 grey on the 19th October 2022 from Fair Price Vosloorusl, something is wrong the noise when washing is unbearable we can't even hear the TV it worse when spinning, I reported the matter the store on the 20th October 2022 I was told to call Defy and report the matter to them I did and I was given a reference number on Saturday, told I spoke to Nkosinathi from Fair Price and he told me that the turn around time is 14 days for the technician to come and access the machine and decide if the machine will be exchanged or repaired, it unfair to me to wait that long I only use the machine once with in 7 days, Fair Price Vosloorus your service is poor
