bad service ever

Never experienced such a horrible service from a so Called manager Brian @ Fairprice Mahikeng.. He does not have a good customer service.. Did a Laybye April Now wen I want my goods are not there he tells me that it's not his problem that the item is not in stock and is nor longer gonna be manufactured.. Called head office spoke to Letta she tried but the useless and pathetic Manager all he did he did not want to talk to me and he cannot do anything.. He is rude and also does not have leadership s****s I wonder how he was appointed as a manager If all he does is make stupid excused and never comes up with solution
