bad service delivery

<p>I'm so appalled by the delivery system at fairprice springs 40 3rd street I bought my goods yesterday morning and I was reassured they'd deliver in the afternoon or this morning. They are still not here and I paid the full price for delivery and goods I called earlier on to inform them that I cannot wait anymore as I have other commitments to attend to and to ask if I can cancel the delivery and fetch the goods myself but they told me that the goods are already on the way that was four hours ago and I really needed to go somewhere. Tomorrow I'm working and I won't be around for the whole week.I'm worried about who will receive the goods in my absence .they shouldn't have **** and said the goods are on the way I've already lost business today because I was waiting for nothing surely I can't miss work as well .such incompetency and unreliable service is disgusting </p> <p> </p>
