Bad service, delayed delivery and damaged Furniture.

I bought a couch at fair price Alberton, paid for it and they said they will deliver cause they didn't have it at the branch. Waited for 5 days, they didn't come I had to phone them. After a week and 2 days of begging them to deliver , they finally decided to deliver it but the couch was damaged on the right side and dirty.
