Bad service

It is unfortunate that I write this message.

I purchased a fridge at mamelodi square fair price on 29/04/2024 , before I purchased this fridge I asked the sales guy Sandile if the fridge is available in store he said yes it’s available. I then asked him about delivery options he said they can’t deliver same day but they will deliver the following day 30/04/2024 .

I did not receive any delivery upon this day of the fridge I purchased.

On Thursday I went to the store and asked what is happening a lady said they were offline and they could not access the delivery what what . They will update me .

On the same day I got a call from Sandile that they will deliver the fridge later same day but I did not get any delivery up until today .

Every time I call their store their line is always busy and not going through.

I have never experienced such a bad service in my life .
