Bad service

I went to Kempton park at fair price on the 30th November 2022 I bought a washing machine and a 4 plate defy stove the guy who assisted me told me that the delivery will take 48 hours I waited till on the 3th the delivery came the stove ddnt have wires ( plugs) the driver did explain that the ones coming now they dnt have but I can call the store where I can get them so I dd call the store the guy told me the person who was helped me is busy with the other customer they wil call me back they nvr did I called back got a rude lady she told me whr to get off and i must listen to her if this how they need treat the customer its bad I just want do the refund i spent all my R5820 for this kinder attitude the question is if i get any problem with the machine or stove this the service i wil get and i saw Fridge of R6800 which I wanted to buy cash cus if the machine and the stove i bought them cash i wnt bother
