bad service by the manager

I bought a 43 inch TV, fridge , couch and a microwave on Saturday the 1st August.. Because I did not my TV licence at hand I then said I will come back the next day to fetch all the things I had bought. So, I get to the store on Sunday morning to collect my things only to be told that the Tv is out of stock... Please bare in mind that I paid R11100 in cash the previous day. This transaction was a cash transaction and not a lay bye. so when they sold me the TV it was already out of stock.. but I obviously did not know then.. To top it all the store manager was as rude as rude can be... He did not give a **** that I was there to collect my stuff and there was no stock... He just told me bluntly that I have to wait a day or two even to get my Tv delivered because there's nothing that he can do... I work Monday to Friday and am not available to do anything else... when prompted to come with a solution he just said there's no solution to my problem... I'll just need to come when I can to fetch my things because it'd not available and there's nothing he can do about it... I can accept that it was the stored fault for not checking if there's stock available before they rang the sale..
