Bad service

I bought a TV stand at Fair Price Vereeniging on 6 August 2024 and even today the stand is not fully assembled is miss *****s, glasses are not fitted and is shaking and not stable. Before me buy this stand I previously laybuy another stand, wardrobe and chest of draw. The stand and chest of draw was sold to another customer. I have been calling the manager and the sales person by the name of Thabiso. But still a month later I'm still stuck with incomplete stand
