bad service & attitude

i bought a wardrobe at their shop, on Saturday i was told that it will be assembled on the day they deliver it. to my surprise they only deliver it on Monday and left like that. i went to shop, the manager was so rude said im not the only customer and that they will assemble it when only the guys comes. i asked for refund i was told again that it will be a long process as i have to fill up the form then arrangement will be made for the wardrobe to be collected. then thats when they can refund me of which they dont tell when it will happen.
