bad service at fiar price

last year around October i went to fair price festival mall kempton park to buy KIC refrigirator i only used for 8 months its has already given me problems its always frozen the freezer the other part of the fridge both side are freezing my food even if i set it on 1 degrees its having ice all over i went to fair price many times to complain they then sent a technician in july if im not wrong he then came he took pictures of the serial code of the fridge he never got back to me after that i went they said he never reported back to them ,then the consulted told me that she has sent head office email about my problem but then still no response from them and now m suffering i cant buy enough food because of the ice in the fridge its either they refund me or give me a new fridge i also have the slip and it has 2 years garantee as per advert even the sales consultant confirmed that its 2 years garantee i bought the fridge on cash sale so please help i cant buy another fridge because the one i have its still new. your response will be highly appreciated
