Bad service at Fairprice Jabulani

My name is Bongani Nqwemesha I did a laybye at Fairprice in Jabulani when I did a laybye I was told that the stock was available but to my surprise when I went to take out the laybye the stock is no longer there, I was assisted by a Consultant by the name Moss when I took out the laybye he had a very bad attitude, including Kgomotso who was the cashier and who had promised to call me even before I went in the store. Also Nhlanhla assisted me and he looked very clueless about what he was doing.

I did a laybye because I needed that item the reason I went to take it is also because I needed it and to my surprise I was told there is no stock. Moss who was very rude with me told me the stock will be available in January and that there is nothing they could do.

I really don't appreciate the way I was treated and I am kindly requesting that something be done about this issue and get back to me with the outcomes, before I take this matter even further.
