Bad service at fair price furniture shop

I bought a kitchen cupboard from fair price Daveyton mall two weeks ago , paid in cash and I was told it is out of stock but should be delivered from the warehouse in about 2-3 days , till today 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. I call every single day requesting feedback just to be told that they also don't know , they waiting for the truck. I'm very frustrated and stressed about this whole situation and feel like they not taking it seriously. I'm even thinking of asking for a refund and go somewhere else, but one thing for sure I'm never ever buying there again
