BAD SERVICE AT FAIR PRICE Bara Square

I purchased a kitchen set and a defy four-plate stove from Fear Price Bara, and I'm really unhappy with the service I received. I volunteered to pick up the items myself, but I was told that I couldn't. They had a driver, but they wouldn't deliver until Monday. I waited and waited, but nobody called. When I attempted to follow up with the woman today, she informed me that the non-delivery of my goods was not her concern. When I called and asked to talk to the manager, he promised to take care of it and give me a call at 2:00, but he never did. I asked to talk with him when I contacted the shop again, but he told me he was occupied. despite my reasons that am travelling i was told that its not their problem that the driver didn't come, I asked for a refund i was told they don't give refunds still waiting for the manager to call me
