Bad service and wrong pricing

I went to the store in Nkomo village on Thursday to purchase a washing machine and when i got the store the was a price on the machine of R4000 and when i was about to pay then the price changed on the system and i was told that it was priced wrong but the store manager called head office to confirm the price another trainee manager and she confirmed that she did put the price of R4000 as out of range and the manager was so loud, rude and wanted us to buy it with a different price and they also wanted us to pay for delivery whereas i had my own transport which is not fair to us as customers
