Bad service and rude driver

I bought a fridge at Fair price and was promised delivery within 7 days but all that was a lie, I then received a call on my way to bloem(320km) away from home , that they are around my neighborhood, where is my house!!!! There was no one in the house, not even neighbors available, was I not supposed to be informed as early as possible before my order is despatched from the warehouse? I then had to cancel my booking in bloem which costed me 50% of the money paid, to come and receive my fridge, I returned on sunday morning, but before that I phoned the driver just to be sure how fast shall I drive not to miss him, he told me that he doesn't know what time because ""He doesn't drive alone on the roads and he will call me like he phoned yesterday!!!!"" I just want to understand what wrong did I do? All I want is my money back, I am really fond of the store but I was mistreated unnecessary. I still remain without a fridge. Please help!!!
